Curses are a crack in the wall
Breaking the continuity of it all
They can make us feel so small
They can push us through death’s caul

What’s the difference you may ask
Is it a spell that we have cast
Is it the intense sorceress’ mask
Or how the spoken words are passed?

There is no answer I can give to you
It’s all a mystery is my reply
For there’s a crack between the worlds
Through which we all will go to die

Yet make your curses as you wish
Thought or spoken Makes no difference
But just remember this sad fact
All your curses can come back

Just like love they too return
Either of them may spurned
For both connect the light and dark
Entwining us in their dark heart.
